Cleveland Browns: Starting Over After Myles Garrett

The Browns finished 5-12 in 2025 and enter 2026 with wholesale changes. Kevin Stefanski and defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz are gone. The entire offensive line was overhauled, and Miles Garrett was traded to the Rams. First-year head coach Todd Monken arrives from Baltimore, bringing a run-heavy philosophy.

Key additions include free-agent offensive linemen Titus Howard, Elton Jenkins, and Teven Jenkins, plus draft picks Spencer Fano and others. Quinshon Judkins returns healthy after a late-season ankle dislocation, and Harold Fannin is coming off a strong rookie receiving year.

The biggest issues remain at quarterback—Deshaun Watson, Shedeur Sanders, and Dylan Gabriel offer no clear starter—and on defense, where the loss of Garrett and Schwartz will be felt. Last year’s offense ranked 30th in yards and 31st in points scored; the defense was strong against the pass but only middle-of-the-pack in points allowed with a -7 turnover differential.

Fantasy angle: Judkins at current RB21 ADP carries RB1 upside on pure volume. Fannin remains a viable TE1/2 target despite a slightly elevated draft cost.

Win total: 5.5

Best Bets:

  • Under 5.5 wins (+110)
  • Fewest wins in the NFL (+1200)
  • Jared Verse Over 7.5 sacks (+110)
  • Quinshon Judkins Over 899.5 rushing yards (-105) and Over 1,000 yards (+125)
  • Harold Fannin Over 650.5 receiving yards

Cincinnati Bengals: Talent vs. Variance

Cincinnati went 6-11 last season and kept its high-powered offense largely intact while completely reworking the defensive front. Dexter Lawrence, Jonathan Allen, Boye Mafe, and a first-round pick from Texas A&M headline the additions. Trey Hendrickson departed for Baltimore.

Joe Burrow’s availability is still the central variable after missing significant time the past three seasons. The offense ranked sixth in passing when healthy but 29th on the ground. The defense finished 31st in yards, 30th in points allowed, and last against the run. Chase Brown quietly posted an RB8 fantasy season with heavy receiving work.

Fantasy angle: Brown’s current RB9-11 cost is fair, with clear top-five upside if game scripts improve. Tee Higgins continues to offer reliable touchdown upside.

Win total: 10.5

Best bets:

  • Under 10.5 wins (-140)
  • Miss the playoffs (+160)
  • Tee Higgins Over 8.5 receiving touchdowns (+115)
  • Chase Brown Over 800.5 rushing yards (-115), Over 1,000 yards (+300), Over 1,250 yards (11-to-1), Over 1,500 yards (30-to-1), and to lead the NFL in rushing (50-to-1)

Baltimore Ravens: Fresh Voices, Familiar Questions

The Ravens slipped to 8-9 and missed the playoffs in 2025. John Harbaugh is out; first-year head coach Jesse Minter and offensive coordinator Declan Doyle take over. Trey Hendrickson is the marquee free-agent addition. The secondary returns largely unchanged after ranking 30th against the pass.

Several defensive linemen are working back from injury, including Nnamdi Madubuike. The offense ranked second in rushing but only 27th in passing. Zay Flowers essentially *was* the receiving corps last season with more than 1,200 yards.

Fantasy angle: Flowers at WR14-15 is underpriced as the clear primary target. Rookie Jacoby Lane has opened eyes in camp and sits in a wide-open WR2 competition.

Win total: 11.5

Best bets:

  • Under 11.5 wins (-140)
  • Alternate Under 10.5 (+125)
  • Miss the playoffs (+305)
  • Zay Flowers Over 999.5 receiving yards (-110)
  • Ja’Kobi Lane Offensive Rookie of the Year (65-to-1)

A brutal second-half schedule packed with division games and Lamar Jackson’s career struggles against Pittsburgh make the elevated win total difficult to support.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Defending Champions Enter a New Era

Pittsburgh finished 10-7 and claimed the AFC North title in 2025. Mike Tomlin’s long tenure is over; Mike McCarthy is the new head coach and reunites with Aaron Rodgers. Michael Pittman Jr. and a pair of draft picks address the long-standing WR2 vacancy. Rico Dowdle joins the backfield, and new defensive coordinator Patrick Graham will shift the scheme toward more zone coverage.

The offensive line has added depth, and the edge group remains one of the league’s best. Last year’s offense ranked only 25th in yards but 15th in points thanks to a +12 turnover differential.

Fantasy angle: DK Metcalf remains the clear WR1. Dowdle is trending toward the lead-back role behind an improved line.

Win total: 8.5

Best bets:

  • Over 8.5 wins (+110)
  • Win the AFC North (+510)
  • T.J. Watt Over 11.5 sacks (+120) and Defensive Player of the Year (30-to-1)
  • Aaron Rodgers to reach 70,000 career passing yards (+200)
  • DK Metcalf Over 800.5 receiving yards (-114) and Over 1,000 yards (+260)
  • Rico Dowdle Over 699.5 rushing yards (-110), Over 750 yards (+125), and Over 1,000 yards (3-to-1)
  • Bengals and Steelers to finish 1-2 in the division (5-to-1)

2026 AFC North Final Prediction & Top Best Bets

Projected standings:

  1. Pittsburgh Steelers
  2. Cincinnati Bengals
  3. Baltimore Ravens
  4. Cleveland Browns

Core best bets card:

  • Browns Under 5.5 wins and fewest wins in the NFL
  • Bengals Under 10.5 wins and miss the playoffs
  • Ravens Under 11.5 wins and miss the playoffs
  • Steelers Over 8.5 wins and to win the AFC North
  • Key player props on Judkins, Fannin, Chase Brown, Flowers, Watt, Metcalf, Dowdle, and Rodgers

The AFC North remains one of the toughest divisions in football. Coaching changes across three of the four teams create the exact variance that produces betting value. The defending champions are once again being discounted—and that looks like the clearest edge available heading into the 2026 season.
