How to Edit Your StatementGames Picks Before Game Time
If you’re learning how to play StatementGames, one of the most important things to understand is flexibility. Once you join a contest, your selections are not locked immediately. In fact, you can review, edit, and modify your picks right up until the sporting event begins — giving you time to react to news, line movement, or late insight around The Spread.
This walkthrough explains exactly how to get back into a contest you’ve already joined and adjust your selections before game time.
Step 1 — Log Back Into Your StatementGames Account
To get started, log into your StatementGames account using one of the following options:
Enter your username or email address and password to access the gaming environment.
Step 2 — Navigate to “My Standings”
Once logged in, use the top navigation bar and select My Standings. Think of My Standings as your dashboard for active play. It shows every contest you’ve entered, your current status in each one, and provides a direct path to edit selections while games are still open.
Step 3 — Select the Contest You Want to Review
In the upper-right corner of the My Standings page, you’ll see a dropdown menu listing your active contests.

- Re-rank your picks using drag-and-drop
- Adjust confidence levels
All changes are allowed up until the scheduled start time of the sporting event. Be sure to notice the Countdown Clock at the top of the screen. This clock serves as a visual reminder of:
- When the event begins
- How much time remains to edit your picks
As long as the countdown is still running, your selections are editable. Once you’re satisfied with your updates, click SAVE to lock in your changes. When the clock hits zero, the contest goes live and picks are finalized.
