Seattle Seahawks: Champions Reload Around JSN
Seattle finished 14-3, won the division, and captured the Super Bowl. They kept most of the core intact, extended Jaxon Smith-Njigba to a record deal that made him the highest-paid receiver in the league, and brought in a few defensive pieces while hiring a new offensive coordinator. The receiving room still features Cooper Kupp and Rashid Shaheed, so the volume remains high.

San Francisco 49ers: Evans Joins, CMC Ready To Carry The Load Again
The 49ers also finished 12-5 and reached the playoffs despite a wave of injuries. They signed Mike Evans in free agency and brought in Christian Kirk. They also re-signed Deebo Samuel recently, and expect Nick Bosa, Fred Warner, and George Kittle to be back from last year’s injuries. Brock Purdy returns as the starter with Christian McCaffrey still the engine.
Christian McCaffrey’s rushing yards sit at 949.5 (-110) and receiving yards at 574.5 (-115). The 49ers have talked about managing his workload after a heavy 2025, but he remains the centerpiece. Both overs still have appeal if he stays on the field. Mike Evans’ receiving yards are at 1,049.5 (-110) with touchdowns at 7.5 (-105). He gives Purdy a proven red-zone target the offense lacked last year. Brock Purdy’s passing yards are at 3,799.5 (-110) and touchdowns at 27.5 (-115).
