Where to Check Your Results Immediately
Once you are comfortable on edit your selections and your alternative fantasy sports contest is complete, head to the My Standings page to view your results.
When you first join a contest, you’ll notice a “0” in the Points column. As the game progresses and your picks become correct, this number will begin to increase.
Your total points are calculated by:
- Determining the picks that have been marked as “Correct.”
- Adding the point value of each correct pick
As your score updates, so does your position within the contest.
How Rankings Are Determined
StatementGames contests are ranked based on total points earned.
- The player with the most points is ranked at the top
- Players with fewer points follow in descending order
- Rankings update dynamically as scoring is processed
If you finish with the highest point total, you are credited with a contest win, which is then reflected on the StatementGames LEADERBOARD.
In the case of a tie, both players are credited with a win.
What the “Scoring Has Been Updated” Email Means
After scoring has been processed and verified, StatementGames sends an official confirmation email with the subject line:
“Your Scoring Has Been Updated”
This notification is typically sent at 7:00 AM EST the following day and includes a direct link to your My Standings page.
This email confirms that:
- All scoring is complete
- Results are finalized
- Rankings are official
While most picks are scored shortly after games end, StatementGames takes an extra step to ensure accuracy and fairness before finalizing results. This includes verifying player stats, resolving any discrepancies, and confirming leaderboard standings.
If any delays or stat corrections are required, the notification will not be sent until all scoring is fully accurate.
